Made by members. They can be used already; approve them, merge them into existing ones, or remove them.

Creates an active account directly, skipping the approval queue.

Departments scope who sees which tasks. People belong to at most two.

The shared, company-wide taxonomy. Tasks are filed in lists, so every folder starts with at least one list.

Rename a list or move it, with its tasks, to another folder with Edit. Merge moves its tasks into another list and removes it.

Metabase dashboards shown on the Reports page. Admins see every report; department heads see a report when it allows them; anyone else only if you add them as a viewer.
The dashboard must be published for embedding in Metabase (Sharing > Embed > Publish).

New signups must click a link sent to their address before they reach Approvals.
