Add this private link to Google Calendar and everything you created or are assigned to shows up there. Reschedule or delete a task here and Google follows.
Google refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule — often a few hours, sometimes up to a day.
Anyone holding this link can read your tasks. If it ever leaks, regenerate it — the old link dies immediately.
Meetings in your office calendar become tasks here, with their attendees as assignees, and keep following it: if a meeting moves the task moves, if it's cancelled the task is marked Cancelled. Checked every 5 minutes. They land in Other Meetings — move them anywhere afterwards and they'll stay put.
In Zimbra: Share Calendar → Make Public, tick the box, then copy the link it gives you and paste it here.
